Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations:
We ship across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 4 business days. During high-volume periods or holidays, there may be slight delays.

Customized orders will require a processing time of up to 4 weeks.

3. Delivery Time:
Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 7 business days in India, depending on the delivery location. Overseas shipping may take extra time depending on the location. 

4. Shipping Charges:

• Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Applicable shipping charges will be added

5. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

6. Delivery Partners:
We work with leading logistics providers to ensure reliable and timely deliveries.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Vedanshee Patel, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Return Eligibility:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

• We do not accept returns on discounted/sale items or customized orders.

3. Return Process:

• Email us at vp@vedansheepatel.in with your order number, reason for return, and product photos.

• Upon approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup.

• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to ship it back at your cost.
  
  

4. Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues or damaged/defective items only.

• Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
  
  

5. Refund Policy:

• Once the returned item is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

• Refunds may take 5–7 business days after approval.
  
  

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them by writing to us at vp@vedansheepatel.in.

• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
